THIS PROGRAM WAS DESIGNED BY ALEX FINE FOR KJ TO STRENGTHEN FULL BODY, SHRED FAT AND GET A LEAN-CUT ALL OVER LOOK.
This is month one of a year long program for anyone looking to get in top shape, build all over muscle and cut unwanted fat. This program is designed for all levels of athletes from beginners to advanced looking to get that lean-aesthetic look.
This program is KJ's go to, to prepare for his scenes in Riverdale and other projects that require him to have that cut fit look. This program has "completely changed my mental and physical capabilities for the better", says KJ. Every workout in this program looks simple, but if you follow the program, push yourself and don't cheat, this program will get you shredded.
