This is a practical meal plan, we don't want you getting bogged down with counting calories, measuring out your macros, or having to buy expensive equipment just to get a healthy meal in. We broke it down by focusing on lean proteins, healthy fats, and whole carbs to help keep you fueled through your workday and workouts.
When you put good in you'll get good out, and when it comes to trimming down or bulking up, you can't forget the important role nutritional health plays in those goals. The goal with this meal plan is to give you a practical guide (NOT a rulebook) to help you reach your individual goals and improve your overall well-being.
