4 days for 4 weeks this program is a must for anyone looking to tighten and tone their glutes and legs. This is a 4 day a week program so you have 3 days in your week to target your other muscle groups, fit in some cardio, and recover.
This program has daily circuits to be combined with the Almost Home Booty Band to increase resistance and help you break down and build up your lower body and overall strength. Perfect for anyone looking to reignite their leg day, tighten and tone their lower body, and get those beach body glutes and legs ready for summer.
