THIS PROGRAM WAS DESIGNED BY ALEX FINE FOR CLIENTS DURING MATERNITY OR LOOKING FOR A LOW IMPACT PROGRAM TO EASE BACK INTO A WORKOUT ROUTINE. 

This 4 Day x 4 Week Program is Alex's go to for clients during pregnancy but also for clients who are working out for the first time or just getting back into a workout routine after months out of the gym. Low impact doesn't mean lower results. The focus here is on form and utilizing a full range of motion in each exercise. 

As Inanna was entering her 39th week of pregnancy she was still showing up and completing each day of this plan. Every workout in this program looks simple, but hyper-focusing on form and slowing down each exercise and getting a full range of motion, we promise you'll feel the burn.

Working out while pregnant can be a great way to avoid the aches and pains that come with being overly sedentary. That being said you know your own body better than we do, so listen to it! If your body is telling you to stop or a certain position is uncomfortable modify or skip it and double up on another exercise.
